As a gourmet hotel with half board, the Bradabella stands for a cuisine that combines: Regional with creativity, original with lightness. Head chef Hermann and his team conjure up fine compositions from fresh, high-quality ingredients every day - a delight for all the senses. What is served on the plate comes preferably from the region: seasonal, carefully selected, lovingly prepared.

Creative culinary delights in the Montafon.

Enjoyment begins in the morning - with a rich breakfast buffet from 07:30 to 10:00. Local cheese and sausage specialties, fresh bread, fragrant coffee, a variety of teas, fruit, muesli and much more ensure a pleasant start to the day.

In the afternoon we spoil you with homemade cakes from 13:00 to 16:00 - in summer preferably on the terrace with the sun on your face and in winter in the cozy warm bar area with a view of the mountains.

In the evening - from 18:30 to 20:00 - a lovingly composed 5-course menu awaits you in our hotel restaurant. Whether classic, vegetarian, vegan or allergen-free: We are happy to cater to your individual wishes and ensure that every guest feels well looked after in culinary terms.

The bar is the cozy center of our hotel - a place for conversations, encounters and a last sip by candlelight.
